I have used the Formulation Compounding Center to prepare my medication for me. They are great about getting my prescription filled in a quick and timely manner. I appreciate that everything I need to take my medication is included and they're so kind in explaining the directions to me to assure that I'm administering the proper dose. Very good experience with one star removed for taking a little longer than my confirmation email said it would take. President’s Day was the same week so perhaps that was the reason.  Anytime I had questions and called the phone was answered promptly and the person on the other end was very friendly and knowledgeable.
